What is the return policy for standard (in-stock) items?
Standard items are returnable only in the case of size issues. We do not offer returns for a change of mind. Please ensure you check our size guide before purchasing.
How do I qualify for a refund on a standard item?
We will issue a refund only if the product is returned to us in its original condition. This means:
- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags must be intact and attached.
- If the product shows signs of wear or tags are missing, we cannot process a refund.
What if I received the wrong size in a normal order?
If you experience a size issue with a standard order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a size exchange or return.
Can I cancel my preorder while it is in transit?
Once a preorder is processed and shipped from our international warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as the customs and shipping costs have already been committed.
